In newer vehicles, tires come equipped with sensors on each of them and sometimes on the spare tire as well. These sensors are designed to let you know if the pressure inside of your tires is acceptable and safe.

When your sensor light becomes illuminated this typically means that the pressure inside one or more of your tires has fallen below twenty-five percent of the recommended limit. This could be because of a flat tire that has been caused by something sharp in your tire. It could also be because of something else like the weather turning colder and the air inside of your tires condensing. This is very common.

If you have checked the air in your tires and they are fine, bring your vehicle in to our service center here at Lawley Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram so we can take a look at your sensors and make sure that there isn't anything else going on.
